Modern Art?

There is usually a traffic cone on this fine man's head. It has been removed several times by police only for it to be put back on again. It's a battle that's continued for some time, but only half-heartedly. The figure with the cone on his head now appears on postcards and other printed merchandise - it's a part of the city and shows Glaswegian's sense of humour.
