I’ve been arranging all kinds of lights which use batteries and timers, to brighten up the early December darker evenings.
I put out the Christmas Nativity set earlier, including the 3 Wise Men.
It has been gloomy for a lot of the day in the mist, but the skies brightened just a little this afternoon.
Not long enough for it to make a lot of difference really, as it is now starting to fade and will be almost dark a bit sooner this evening.
There is hardly any wind.
I was waiting today for more deliveries which arrived this afternoon.
These are Christmas gifts to take up North and distribute in Grassington and then Knaresborough, next weekend.
We saw Bobbie yesterday afternoon at the Garden Centre. It was looking very festive with the outdoor Christmas lights. We bought a small real Christmas tree in a pot. It can be planted outside afterwards.
It’s currently in the garage, where it will stay till next week.
