Cowbeech

Went for a walk round Cowbeech and saw this interesting little set up in the corner of a house called Bimsells
Afterwards finished a bit of work then made lunch while the others worked. Went for a run round Hailsham which was a bit ponderous but felt ok. Did some shopping. Then we went out for a curry - not something we have done for probably over a year. J&L went back to Brighton afterwards.
