On the way to Ullapool

The weather forecast was rather iffy but we decided to chance it and headed for Ullapool.
So glad we did as the weather was perfect . Cold and frosty and so still with blue skies and sunshine.Several stops on the way to take photos and a walk over the dam at Loch Droma.
The skies were so clear all the mountains stood out clearly against the sky.
We stopped in Ullapool and bought some lunch from the deli.We sat in the car and ate it along the top. We had a wander round a few shops and then drove down to Ardmair.Watched several birds on the water.
A nice drive back with nice low light .
