Sunset

Tim's last day at work today :)  He went into the office to hand in his laptop, and to go for lunch with his manager and another colleague.  I got a text from him at 11am telling me he was bored - they'd already started restricting his access to the network, so he couldn't really do anything.  So he handed in his laptop on his way out to lunch, and then came straight home after it.  Meanwhile, I went for a haircut at lunchtime - and just beat him back home by a few minutes (having picked up a bunch of congratulatory flowers for him on the way).

He had a relaxed afternoon and I carried on working - then ordered a celebratory takeaway from our favourite local Indian restaurant.  The start of the weekend, and of Tim's retired life!
