Windmill

Today we drove the route of the "Lauwersloop", a relay-race through Frysland and Groningen. The last time this run was organized, was in 2000 and we found only a few changes in the route.
Some bike-roads were changed, somewhere a bridge appeared and somewhere else, a building disappeared. But one thing that really was changed, is the disappearence of public-phone-booths. Descriptions like "turn left at the phonebooth" are not valid any more.

Well it was a lot of fun and it struck me how many of these windmills are still in the Dutch landscape nowadays.
