First Look

In some weddings, the groom isn't supposed to see his bride until she walks down the aisle. But, in the last 20 years, we have come up with the "first look." The bride gets dressed, takes a few pictures, and usually walks down the stairs to give her new husband a "first look."

No stairs here. The groom is waiting in front of the building while his bride is getting her picture taken against a giant flower mural. Her picture taken, she rounds the corner and sees her husband-to-be. I love her smile.

We were downtown to see the ice sculptures and the Christmas parade.
They say that everybody loves a parade, but not me and Lisa. It was 32F and windy, so we walked down one side of the main street and back, then back to our car and home.

In my extras are a reindeer with its handler and a live nativity.

Best of luck to the new couple.
