In Dulce Jublio

Ahoy ahoy,

The good ship advent Adventurer, or whatever we end up calling it, has arrived at it's winter moorings.

It was a really exhausting couple of days but i'm glad that we made the effort to finish it, we were somewhat at the mercy of the river water levels , but they dropped enough for us to go for it, and with the help of three burly CRT guys we charged through the Tinsley flight in double quick time .

We met the local busybody/neighbourhood watch/ nosy parker immediately we pop pop popped into Sheffield Quays who offered advice like it was firing from a scattergun,
some useful, most useless, so we buggered him off and then buggered off ourselves.
