The old town house

Built in 1789 this was the building where the burgh council of Old Aberdeen met until Old Aberdeen was annexed by the City of Aberdeen in 1891. 
Since then it’s variously been used as a school, library and museum. It sits at the top of the High Street looking down towards the University and Kings College.
