Leaf fall

It was an effort of will to get up and out today on yet another gloomy morning. But I was rewarded with a few bits of blue sky. They didn’t quite coincide with the sun but by recent standards this is as good as it gets. And in the little remaining daylight I made a start on winterising the garden as frosts forecast later in the week so some sensitive plants and the waterfall pump kit came in for the winter. Really I’d like to hibernate.
