December Toadflax

Unbelievably the Pink Toadflax is still flowering in the garden, in December! But, with hard frosts forecast for later this week, I think its days are numbered...

I used to love quiet, sleepy Sundays, but now Sunday seems to be as busy as any other day of the week. Spent the afternoon hand writing letters and Christmas cards for Dad as his writing is very shaky now. Quite nice to put pen to paper rather than send an email or text.
