YUP!
On the left  -  A fortnight's recycling; glass, metal, paper&card, hard Plastic.
On the right - A, not dissimilar collection of non-recyclable. ≥ 90+% soft Plastic

The thing is "we" know there is, at least one firm which accepts Farm Bale wrappers = soft Plastic; and turns them into - guess what?  Soft Plastic Bags. I know because I've seen one - A black bag, labelled "Green Sack"  presumably the concept not the colour?
