Fab day out round the Fife coast - Elie, Anstruther, Crail and St Andrews - glorious sunshine all the way round - apart from the 30 minutes when we were eating our fish and chips at Anstruther harbour - typical!

James is now off to Pitlochry for the Etape on Sunday and I'm looking forward to a blipmeet coffee tomorrow morning and lunch with a very dear old school friend - much nicer than cycling 81 miles I think!
