Lovely Weather but ....

In February 2018 the aftermath of ex-Cyclone Gita caused great damage when many tonnes of slash from forestry logging were deposited on properties in this part of the district.  The logged area is unstable and is not suitable for pine trees but has been replanted in pines.  Rows of young pine trees and a large slip are clearly visible.  It seems that common sense isn't very common.
