2899. My brooches!

I collected these today after agreeing a price with the seller and they are just so beautiful!

I may consider converting the flag brooch to a pendant the clasp isn’t that secure and I’d be very worried about losing it but the sweetheart RAF brooch is fine.

I’ve dated the flag brooch to 1960 I think and it has a makers mark so I can look it up.  The sweetheart brooch is just stamped silver so I have no idea how old it is but probably 1940’s.

I’m really pleased with them and feel that I paid a very fair price for both.
