OK . . . so no shorts today . . . no bike ride . . . just a 6 miler walk along the beach in Bridlington . . . with some crepuscular rays for company . . . hot choc and mince pies in The Cowshed . . . and trying to get warm again. Certainly a bit . . . Brrrrrrrr . . .
