Ice skating injury

Sorry for the grossness of the image but not had a nasty blister injury like this in ages - it really hurt so much so I spent most of my day in the office with my sock off trying to get it to dry out 

Had the most amazing 2 hr needling session with F tonight she reactivated my protective dragons for me and turned my face from bone yellow back to a beautiful red
