Christmas Market

Mr P and I set off for a day in Auld Reekie today. We stopped off en route in Penicuik for a big Lidl shop (sounds like an oxymoron). We were planning to get the bus from Penicuik but ended up driving to the Straiton Park and Ride. Very cold and dreich in Edinburgh but we enjoyed the photography exhibitions at the City Art Centre, a trip to John Lewis and then browsing around the Christmas Market in the afternoon. I’ve been reading about how busy it’s been. Thankfully no queues today.
