Mono Monday challenge is sun but I'm probably not alone in having not seen it for several days so had to get my thinking cap on.

The photo is of an 'invention' made by someone I know who swears that in times of no sun this is the next best thing! The light given off by these daylight bulbs being reflected off a galvanised lid emulate sunshine and will prevent 'winter-onset SAD'!!!

You couldn't make this up could you? He swears it stops a drop in serotonin levels, apparently if they drop it can affect one's mood.and lead to depression. Who am I to argue as I think research has shown that this is indeed the case but I'm not sure that his 'invention' is the answer. Of course he could be winding me up.

Today spent Christmas shopping in Cheltenham, which was quite busy,  with lunch at Bosco Pizzeria before heading home by way of Stow-on-the-Wold and Moreton-in-Marsh. Didn't see any sun there either lol.
