The Early Bird

I was out early today, and now I know it's true! "The early bird does get the worm!" You can also get a glimpse of the beautiful blue sky we awoke to today.... Because rain is due on Sunday, the first in many weeks. Today I am grateful for a vigorous hilly walk with a friend and a good cup of coffee afterwards! There's nothing like exercise and coffee to start off the day!!
