Day 42, May 10th - Cupcakes

No pork pies today much to my father's horror. But to my mum's delight, rhubarb and custard cupcakes instead. My own recipe as I'm now in recipe testing mode lol. They're sweet but they taste just like rhubarb and custard sweets. And all with my mum's homegrown rhubarb
