A Brief Jobbymoon

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

This is the final day of my 2-day jobbymoon. I completely squandered it; it was great. 

Caro took me out for lunch in Raumati and then we enjoyed the late afternoon sun. I watched some crappy telly and had naps. 

Oh, I also helped Fazzy and Briar with their work. For FREE! 

But mainly I did nothing.

So now it is time to share Feefs's latest tale of woe with you. It made Caro CRY on her end of the couch.

FEEFS'S HOTEL STORY
So Caro's sister Feefs and her husband Craig love going to concerts. They go to every concert in Auckland that they can with their mates Carly and Gav.

A few months ago, they went to Auckland for a concert and Fi was in charge of accommodation. She found a REALLY GOOD REALLY CHEAP deal and was really pleased with herself.

Only to find that she'd booked the 4 of them into a backpacker's hostel by accident and as a result they were forced to eat ham sandwiches in bed instead of room service. 

So THEN she wasn't allowed to book accommodation anymore and Craig had to do it instead. And so this time they booked a HOTEL when they went to see Billy Joel.

And they had a good time and got stoned and drunk and all the things. 

BUT THEN.

When they got back to their hotel and Craig went to bed he pulled back the sheets and was like EEEEEUURRRGGHHH because they hotel hadn't changed the sheets which were covered in "sh*t-stains and actual sh*t". According to Feefs.

"He like, sobered up in SECONDS," said Fi.

I'm listening to Caro talking to Feefs on the phone about it right now. Craig is shouting up in the background. "It was like someone with a wet bum just SMEARED themselves down the length of the bed," he said. 

"It went through TWO SHEETS," he added. 

"So I took one for the team Caro," he said proudly. "It helped that I'd brought my medicinal THC with me. So I just took extra and just about blew my ****ing head off."

Feefs gave us an update that she'd got a FULL REFUND for the room on account of "sh*tty sheets".

I am never letting Feefs OR Craig book any sort of accommodation for us EVER.
