Couldn't see what I was taking due to the strong sunlight. Still intermittently lame so a week off to see what happens. Should have been doing a 10 mile beach ride tomorrow so gutted. On a good note though trampoline has enticed youngest son's school friends to play for the first time ever. He is ecstatic.
