Stop The Rot

For my journal today the only pictures I have taken are ones I intend to use as evidence in the event of taking action against the 'surveyor' who failed to point out wet rot and woodworm in the timbers and fascia on our bungalow. Today's work was stripping off the flat roof above the kitchen, treating the woodworm and replacing timber where necessary. This is just the start, with a flat roof over the garage and the entire house roof to come next, we have fun times ahead.
Strangely we are not discouraged and intend to see it though to the end. The house deserves it.
