Fruit Basket

We are so lucky to be able to buy fruit from all over the world in our little local shops here. What a change from the war-time when I was growing up and our fruit basket contained apples and very occasionally bananas and oranges. Now we have avocados, grapefruit, melon and normally bananas - but I am afraid they all got eaten today!!
