Book Club Christmas

We met at 2:00PM for the annual party with spouses…not having done this for 3 years.   Missed Josie and also Diane who was in Mexico.   -NO white elephant , NO book exchange!   Just fabulous food and conversations. in a fabulous 100 year old house, kind of far away.   A bit of a challenge for some, but they were here, one way or another.   I do have to pick up on my learning curve with the flash if I’m going to photograph groups….and bounce  it somewhere other than glasses….(I tried…but I only have one…) but this is a record and everyone’s eyes are open.    We drove home in dark and rain.   Next year I think we’ll have to start at Noon.  Ha.   Grateful for friends.
