Marking

I have been designated 41 papers to mark for one question of the Forensic Medicine module for first year Law students.

The question is:
Explain the classification of illicit drugs in the UK under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and it's associated Regulations. Give examples of drugs in each class and the physical form(s) in which they are commonly found.
Explain the role of illicit drugs in causing drug-related deaths and traffic accidents.

I am a little concerned about the lack of legal knowledge exhibited in a lot of the papers, compared with what seem to be first hand accounts of the effects of illegal substances.

I also fear for the future of legibility in law.
