Smithfield

This tiny little garden is all that is preserved of the original fields that this area is named after. It says at the park gate there would have been jousting and executions here.

I slept badly so went out for some fresh air and exercise and a slither of daylight before work. And to recce the correct direction to walk in to find Waterloo station tonight.

It’s going to be a long week.
