You Should Have The Two That Got Away!

The two were young deer running across the open field next to The Policies.

I saw them on my return from Roseberry, delivering a gluten-free Christmas Cake made by Pat for Alan F. Of course he still has to ‘feed it’ with his favourite malt.

I had taken this photograph of a corrugated roof which is disappearing under a carpet of various lichens.

And the deer! By the time I could get a clear shot they had vanished into Roseberry Wood.
