Autumn colour

It feels like winter now and the leaves are off many of the trees but there was still plenty of autumn colour as I walked down from the belvedere. I had hoped to go on a longer walk today but my energy levels are still very low. I helped my neighbour bring a new washing machine from his car down to his house and went for a half an hour walk. That meant I promptly fell asleep after lunch for half the afternoon! Various people have said it will take a month to feel normal again. On the recommendation of my hairdresser, I went to the pharmacy last night and bought a course of multivitamins and a cough linctus. I don’t think it has helped catching the virus after two doses of antibiotics which must have left my own immune system rather depleted.
