Nuit Calme

We bussed to Waitrose to buy Polenta for dinner. Still colder, needed my gloves today.

H came at 5pm, we chatted while Mr B prepared dinner. Celeriac soup, followed by Polenta with chicken casserole for them. Polenta with wine sauce and sweet potato/cauli fritters for me. And a welcome tot of grappa to round things off.

Now relaxing with a mug of ‘Nuit Calme’ tea, which a friend brought me from France.
