Shaping...
Today I decided to do a little reshaping of my cue tip ages of Tuesday opening league match.
I've got a nice dome shape on it, which should help cue ball control regarding adding side for positioning and such.
Did my 1.5 mile cooper run afterwards, clocking in with a new PB of 8mins 46secs, knocking 10 seconds off the last PB.
I'm edging to where I want to be.
I also did my push-ups and sit-ups. I'd usually do 30 of the former and 50 of the latter straight after the 1.5 miler, but today I went for double, doing 60 and 100 respectively.
All in all a pretty successful day.
