Curry kit

When Kitty came back from her travels, she brought three curry kits from Thailand. We tried the first one tonight, a Thai red curry with added chicken, aubergine and coconut milk. It was pretty good too. Susie is in London for a couple of days so it was just Kitty and I for dinner.
