Pork Chop

Pork chop, green beans with tomato, and blue cheese stuffed crescent rolls. Wine: Fess Parker Ashley's Vineyard Chardonnay 2018.

Putting blue cheese in the crescent rolls turned out to be an inspired idea. I will definitely be doing that again. The pork chops were seasoned with spruce tip salt, herbes de Provence, and fermented white pepper then finished out of the oven with homemade mustard.
