Keep rocking.

Went to the gym this morning, and Des was already there, which is unusual. He is on top form now, and I think maybe relieved he has finally finished work. Called in the library to collect two books I had ordered, and then walked to town. Gosh, it was cold, and I was glad the bus was in, and I didn't have to wait outside in the cold.   J has gone to visit his friend again, so he will come back with lot's of news
