Sick day. I woke up and cracked on to listening to Mike Reeves and John Piper talks. Went to Lids and met Katie. Stocked up bare gubs and got pasties for lunch. Started making the bread dough for these. Started recording some songs.... then the rest of the day consisted of recording and going through the long process of making these pecan buns.
By the time they were ready we were so eager (it took 7 hrs) so we whipped up a quick dinner as to not delay eating the buns. Oh gosh they are SO good. We were both a bit speechless/hysterical as to how good they were. So worth it. They are so filling so we had to have a lie down and watch so IT crowd whilst it settled down. Then more recording to try and make room for another half each.
