Greenock

Back to Greenock in the rain today. Quick stop in at the brilliant Beacon, before meeting & lots of exciting discussion with the Council & the Beacon. Very good day. Inverclyde is my new hot spot. I'll be seeing a lot of it. Hopefully one day it'll be sunny on the west coast.

On the short walk from the station to The Beacon, we passed Ginger the horse, by Andy Scott - which I strangely hadn't spotted before. The horse is surrounded by acrylic panes, showing compass points & the west coast of Scotland. I loved these - mapping, Scotland, acrylic/Perspex & outdoors - and they look amazing lit up.
