A successful litter pick in the morning.
Later I went to see Lin and Steve and Lyra. They had a power cut from during the previous night. The fault couldn’t be found so a portable generator had to be delivered, but then it was too big to successfully get on the driveway. So then there were more delays while permission was sought to allow the footpath to be blocked off. Eventually permission was gained and a temporary cable brought through the letter box and attached to the meter. It was a distressing long afternoon and evening, with candles burning down.
Lyra was interested in all the electricians that kept arriving.
