Where's the red nose?

On the subterranean concourse at Waterloo can now be found this ghostly figure of a reindeer. Unlike the light festooned Christmas tree under the iconic Waterloo clock, this is a minimalist representation of Christmas and if the reindeer is meant to be Rudolf he is lacking his red nose.
