Makes sense

Sometimes my heart bleeds, when I see trees that have been slain. Especially the big, majestic ones.
In the case of this tree however it sort made sense to me. Chances were big that the next big storm would have thrown the tree over the road, where pedestrians and cyclists often, and equestrians less often find their way.
