The man from Barcelona

I first met Aleix about 5 years ago in Barcelona when he bounded up to me after hearing me give a talk and said he wanted to come work for me and learn about carbon nanotubes. Well we managed to secure funding for Aleix and he has been with us ever since. He is so much fun and a great colleague to work with - he is currently in the process of getting an academic lectureship back in Spain - so we'll miss him when he's gone!
