The Little Upton Muggery

This is a pub me and Hubster used to visit 20 odd years ago, and being in the area, decided to go check it back out, with a new friend.

I think you could safely say it has character! Delightfully, COMPLETELY unchanged! Same paint, same decor, even same toilets..... Like stepping back to the late 60s/70s. Had a very unpretentious bite to eat (home cooked and not half bad), but thought you'd like to see why the pub has its name.

The photo doesn't come near to doing it justice, but every inch of ceiling is covered with dangling mugs from decades and decades ago. Some of them are very VERY old.

In a plastic world it made a refreshing change .
