It’s probably the same the world over. I photoshopped all the "normal" words out of a piece of work I am doing and this is what I was left with.

Horrible fatigue attack this afternoon. Better later. In fact I normalised the situation by undertaking essential tasks in order to give a motivational framework within which I could reframe the parameters of my objectives. 

Helped the Yoga Mama with an IT problem this evening. Dylan followed me to her flat and back. It is bitterly cold at the moment - minus two at each end of the day. But sunny and very striking frosts.
