Quick Draw....

I spent two hours fact finding about bats this evening with Meg as preparation for her SAT's next week....

Meg is looking forward to her tests and (at 7) is confident in her own ability.

Ruby however is anxious about her tests....she has been having extra practice at school for weeks....and will be going to school early next week Monday to Thursday to attend Breakfast Club for last minute SAT preparation.

It's a considerable amount of pressure when you are 11....

....so this weekend will be mostly about having fun, chilling out and not thinking about tests.

Tonight Meg went to bed early and Ruby & I sat and did some sketching....after last nights Powerpuff Girls, this evening it was Piglet and Tweety Bird....

D'you know, following on from yesterdays drawing session too, I reckon my girls and Sammy have been endowed some of their dads not inconsiderable skill with a pencil ;)
