Sweet potato anyone?

I popped past the fruit and veg store on my way home to pick up some mangoes that are just coming into season here. There must have been a glut of sweet potatoes as not only was there a huge pile but they were as cheap as chips, the sweet potato variety that is.

So glad it’s Friday, it feels like it’s been a long week But there is now only four days for me to work for the rest of the year.

Still lots to be done but just under three weeks of me/us time to look forward to is enough of an incentive to just get it done.
