2022 Thursday — Check-up Time

It was Chloe’s turn to go to the veterinarian office. She gets an injection of Cytopoint every month. We think this medicine is no longer as effective as it used to be.

The vet said Chloe’s itchy-ness is currently caused by a skin fungus. So a prescription of antibiotics was ordered, and the vet thought that going on Apoquel for 1 month rather than Cytopoint would be helpful.

The vet said Apoquel and Cytopoint are the same thing. I have some reading to do; I had not known that. I am not a fan of Apoquel.
