Voie Verte, ciel gris

Grey skies over the Green Way.
But a nice flat 4.4km run, lots more running, much less walking and not too much of a struggle. Who'd have thought it, just a month ago!
A 500-cal fast day too. All these efforts have to start paying off sometime, surely?!
