Chilly!

It's been a very chilly morning even here in the balmy south west. I noticed on the TV weather forecast this morning that the temperature on the Western Isles where I was a week ago is 4 degrees centigrade as opposed to the -2 degrees here.

It's Marian's birthday today so she had breakfast in bed (mind you she get's that every weekend) and presents. She'll have her favourite meal cooked heated up for her tonight.  Sadly, she has a trapped nerve so she's not up for much in the way of celebration today.
