Cranberry sauce

We had some snow showers this morning and then a rain shower this afternoon so I think the roads and pavements will be quite icy tomorrow.
I had a day of cooking and baking along with visits from both daughters. I made a couple of fruit loaves, which have gone in to the freezer. I also made the cranberry sauce, and the basis for the bread sauce, for Christmas dinner, which both also went to the freezer. The chilli I made was eaten today.
