Snow.

Not a lot had fallen but enough for sledging at Bowness by the side of Windermere.  Not only was it cool, but the lad was cool too.  Roads were clear, but in places you could see early traffic may have had to be cautious.  Skiddaw and other hills had more than a dusting.  Roads were busy as was Windermere and Bowness.  All in all it was a good day. fog lifted.  I intended to walk around Grasmere and Rydal taking photos as I went.  Some photos would have been taken from Rydal Cave.    Never mind there is always another day.
